If you are not fully satisfied with the MaxDaddy product on your initial order, you may request a refund on your purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If you request a refund on any orders placed after your initial order, refunds will only be made if the MaxDaddy product is returned unopened and you request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us using the phone number or email address above.
No refunds will be given for requests that are more than 30 days past the date of purchase. Also, no refunds will be given on any orders after your initial order if your MaxDaddy product has been opened. We are unable to accept product returns for any product that has been opened. Consider offering any unused MaxDaddy product to your friends or family members who have dogs that may benefit from MaxDaddy products, or consider donating it to a local dog rescue or shelter.
Refunds that are approved will be processed on the same credit card on which the original purchase was made. Once a refund is processed, it may take three to five business days before you will see the refund applied to your credit card.
